– A western Wisconsin police chief has pleaded no contest to a charge that he signed a local tea party leader up on gay dating, pornography and federal health care websites. Related Content View More Prosecutors charged Town of Campbell Police Chief Tim Kelemen earlier this month with one misdemeanor count of unlawful use of a computerized communication system. The La Crosse Tribune reported that Kelemen entered the plea Friday in a deal with prosecutors that calls for the charge to be dismissed in two years if the chief doesn’t commit any new crimes, continues counseling and completes 40 hours of community service. Kelemen told investigators he signed tea party leader Greg Luce up on the sites because Luce was urging his supporters to harass Kelemen’s officers. Copyright 2014 The Associated Press.
